Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Fastlink Logistics, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our platform.
Shipping & Logistics
Users are responsible for ensuring that:
- The description of goods is accurate and complete.
- Packages are properly packed to withstand normal transit handling.
- No prohibited or illegal items are included in the shipment.
Fastlink Logistics reserves the right to inspect any shipment and refuse service for items that violate international shipping laws.
Payments & Billing
All quotes are estimates until final weighing and measurement are confirmed at our hubs. Payments must be settled in full before the final release or delivery of cargo unless credit terms have been previously established.
Liability & Insurance
While we handle every package with care, our standard liability is limited. We strongly recommend purchasing Full Value Cargo Insurance for high-value items. We are not liable for delays caused by customs inspections or force majeure events.
Account Responsibilities
If you create an account to track shipments, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business.
